Valance clips for horizontal wood and Venetian blinds come in common sizes for easy installation. There are two main types of valance clip: Hidden and Over the Top. To select the right size, measure the height of your valance from top to bottom. Clip sizes include 2.5", 3.0", 3.25", and 3.50".
For the Over the Top type, measure the height of your valance at the top and bottom. For the Hidden type, measure the distance between the grooves where the clips hook on. It is recommended to use 1 valance clip for every 18". For example, use 2 clips for a 36" wide blind, 3 clips for a 48" blind, and 4 clips for a 60" blind.
Each pack of 8 valance clips allows you to hang up to 4 valances. The clear, durable plastic material is designed to withstand high heat from the sun and cold temperatures at windows. These valance clips clip over the valances and are not the hidden type. The clear color of the clips blends into any color of blinds seamlessly.
